Challon
Challon’s background spans property, construction and commercial services, with practical experience across sales, operations, growth and delivery.
Working across those areas showed him that growth often exposes weaknesses in the structure underneath a business. More customers, more people and more activity do not automatically create a better company. Without the right systems and commercial discipline, growth can simply create more pressure for the owner.
He created Hyphen12 to give owner-managed businesses practical, commercially focused support that crosses departmental lines and stays involved through implementation.
